Stephanie Fitzgerald, LMT
Stephanie joined the staff of New Castle Veterinary Hospital over 20 years ago. She started as a receptionist and veterinary assistant and now handles manyof the administrative roles in the practice. She is also the preceptor and mentor to new staff. Stephanie spends many of her personal vacations working in shelters and rescuing animals. She lives with her two dogs "Butter" and "Dotti", who are rescues. She loves going on hikes with her pups.

Bobbie Hongach-Soto
Bobbie originally joined the staff of New Castle Veterinary Hospital in 1994. She was there the first day Dr. Kaufman opened his doors. She worked here until 2001. She recently returned back early in 2022. She has three pups of her own “Tank”, “Koda” and “KJ” as well as two cats, “Pasta” and “Jaxson” Bobbie does assistant work in the exam room and treatment room as well as reception.

Liz Carlin
Liz joined the staff of New Castle Veterinary Hospital in 2021. She mainly works in the exam room with Dr. Kaufman. She has a 7 year old pup named “Zeus” who’s an adorable rescue mutt and a sweet bearded dragon named “Mr. Pickles” Liz’s goal is to become a veterinary technician.

Julie Johnson
Julie joined New Castle Veterinary Hospital over 10 years ago. Julie works in the exam room with Dr. Kaufman. She has a wonderful rescue pup named “Dusty” and three cats “Bo Brite”, “Sabrina” and “Izzy Belles” Julie works with local shelters and feeding local strays.

Gordon
Gordon is Dr. Kaufman’s 9 year old rescue pup. You can find Gordon taking a nap behind the front desk or on the counter looking for a cookie and some love!
